Previously, data accuracy, onboarding delays, and seasonal workload pressures resulted in challenges to deliver a positive onboarding experience, against a backdrop of unreasonably long data capture times. All onboarding tasks were completed manually by payroll employees. This was a large administrative overhead, an approximate volume of 225 per month. The time per onboarding process in payroll was 45 minutes. This equates to approximate 6 full time employee (FTE). The main goal was to automate 80% of the process.
